& RECONNECT
A somatic yoga workshop to unwind
and reset before the week ahead.
This 2-hour workshop is an invitation to slow down and reconnect with your body, allowing your nervous system to settle and regulate.
Blending gentle Vinyasa flow with somatic practices, we’ll explore movement from the inside out, paying attention to how each pose feels, rather than how it looks.
Somatic yoga helps you build awareness of your body’s signals, habits and responses. Rather than pushing through or moving on autopilot, you’ll be encouraged to slow down, notice sensation, listen and let your body guide the pace.
As we move, pause and rest, you may begin to notice patterns: where you brace, rush, disconnect or hold tension, and where softness, support and ease become possible.
This is not a performance-based class. There is nothing to achieve and no “advanced” version to strive for. The focus is on presence, nervous system regulation, and developing a more trusting relationship with your body.
We'll also take time to pause, journal, and reflect on what emerges, helping you integrate the experience beyond the mat.
You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more spacious, and more connected to yourself before the start of a new week.
All levels welcome. No previous experience with somatics needed.
Please bring a yoga mat, pen and paper. Props will be provided (blocks and belts).
