Inhabit Your
Body
A small-group yoga workshop
to slow down and reconnect.
This 2-hour workshop is an invitation to reconnect with your body — not just to stretch or strengthen it, but to feel it from the inside.

Through gentle Vinyasa flow and somatic practices, we'll explore the rich landscape of sensation, presence and embodied awareness. Rather than moving on autopilot or focusing on how a pose looks, you'll be guided to sense and notice what is happening within you, letting your body lead rather than pushing it.

We'll explore familiar and unfamiliar ways of moving—playing with posture and pace—to gently uncover patterns held in the body. You may notice where you tend to shrink, hold back, push, or rush, and where ease, spaciousness, or support feel available.

We'll also take time to pause, journal, and reflect on what emerges, helping you integrate the experience beyond the mat.

This workshop is not about "doing yoga better." It's about inhabiting your body more fully and discovering how much wisdom is already there.

Yoga becomes a space for listening - to subtle sensations, impulses, edges, and preferences - and poses become a doorway into self-awareness.

You'll leave with practical tools and perspectives to bring into both your yoga practice and daily life, supporting greater presence, choice, and self-connection.

All levels welcome. No prior experience with somatics needed. Please bring your yoga mat and pen and paper. Yoga props will be available.
